The Pink Palace Villa
The Pink Palace Villa at Bosa Marina - can be rented as a whole (sleeping max 17 people),
or any number of individual apartments
We first saw The Pink Palace back in 2005, it was empty, run down and very sorry for itself, but we could see how beautiful a building it was so we decided to rescue it and bought it from the aged owner. We converted the house into 4 individual, self contained apartments but we tried to keep as many original features as possible.
Less than 100m from the award winning, long, sandy beach at Bosa Marina, one street back from the promenade, this grand old house is divided into 4 spacious apartments. All slightly different, they all benefit from the very large roof top terrace with view over to the beach plus a higher sun deck. Being just a stones throw away from the beach, bars and restaurants it is ideal for a relaxing holiday.
All furnished and equipped to a high standard, there are 2 ground floor and 2 first floor apartments. The property is walled and the front gate leads into a paved garden area with furniture and lighting with a large BBQ to the side, where we have planters containing a selection of fresh herbs to add to the grill! There are always a few beach chairs, umbrellas and buckets and spades for customers to use to the side of the house and an outdoor shower to rinse off the worst of the sand from the beach. There is on street parking to the front and off street parking to the rear of the property.
Grand granite steps, or a ramp, take you up into the front door which leads into the entrance hall. Two apartments can be found off here. An impressive marble staircase leads up to the first floor where there are another 2 apartments. Further steps lead up into a communal area containing a sink plus a room with toilet, wash basin and shower (cold water only) so you can cool down after a hard days sun bathing on the expansive roof top terrace or sun deck, which have great views to the beach and the sea. Furnished with tables, chairs and sun loungers and having outside lighting so it can be used any time. A lovely spot to watch the sun go down with a cool glass of something from the fridge, and we do get some amazing sunsets.
There WiFi internet throughout the property

We have agreed, for our customers, to have the use of the swimming pool and facilities at a nearby hotel for a special rate at €10/day for 2 people. Please ask for more details.

Prices to rent the whole villa or any number of the apartments can be found on the apartments page. The breakage deposit when renting all 4 apartments is £500.
There may be discounts available for under occupancy, stays of 2 weeks or longer, and for renting 2 or 3 apartments together - please ask.
No Smoking is allowed inside the building
Changeover days are flexible
