Located on the ground floor to the left, the entrance door leads into a smart kitchen/diner/ lounge. The kitchen area is equipped with gas hob, electric oven and large fridge/freezer. There are 2, 2 seater settees and a table and chairs in here. A hallway leads to the, larger than average, bathroom with shower and further along there is a bedroom with a king size bed with ample storage space and a twin bedded room also with ample storage space. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and mosquito nets.

The apartment has the benefit of a washing machine in the bathroom. There is also an iron and ironing board plus clothes airer, hairdryer, T.V. for use with DVD only and mini safe.

All apartments have equal access to the communal areas.

Linen, towels and final cleaning are included in the price.

Change over day is flexible.
